If you are behind a firewall, port 554 must be open to access streaming video through Real Player.
You may download the most recent version of Real Player here:
Suggestion
For Real Player, take the following steps to configure your player. At the menu bar, click "Tools"; from the "Tools" menu, click "Equalizer." The Equalizer will appear.
In the Equalizer, adjust the sliders so that they appear as they do in the following image.
