Mr. Hulme is the Architecture Director for Global Justice and Public Safety Programs at Unisys Corporation where he is responsible for the technical direction, guidance, and review of solutions and services for law enforcement, courts, corrections, and integrated justice information sharing. While at Unisys he has provided oversight to XML and XML related projects for the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, North Carolina Department of Public Safety, the Pennsylvania State Police, and other XML-based integrated justice information sharing research and development projects. Mr. Hulme represents the Integrated Justice Information Systems Institute, Industry Working Group on the Global Justice XML Structure Task Force (Global XSTF) of the Global Justice Information Sharing Initiative. As an active member of the Global XSTF, he has provided guidance and review for development of the Global Justice XML Data Model and the Global Justice XML Data Dictionary.
