Mr. Wallace is a Senior Research Engineer at the Information Technology and Telecommunications Laboratory of the Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI), where he has worked 19 years. His current primary work is on a project for the Criminal Information Sharing Alliance (CISA) that is utilizing the latest version of the Global Justice XML Data Model. His other work at GTRI has ranged from database development, to design and development of information sharing architectures, to software simulations for combat training. Mr. Wallace graduated in 1982 from the University of Dayton with a B.S. degree in the double major of Computer Science and Mathematics, and in 1985 from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) with an M.S. degree in Computer Science and Applications.
